Hank Thunderman is the father of Phoebe, Max, Nora, and Billy. Before that, he used to be the legendary superhero, Thunderman. He married Barb Thunderman but they eventually moved to Hiddenville to try to raise their kids not using superpowers. However, the kids are still using their powers. Hank has a strict rule about no non superheroes in the house but lifted it in Dinner Party.
